First Visit

When you first walk into our clinic, you will be greeted warmly with a smile by our staff at reception. If you haven’t done so already, you will be asked to fill out our new patient forms. If you would like to save time at your first appointment, you can download the new patient forms now and already have them completed when you come in for your first appointment.

After we have received your new patient paperwork, you will be taken to our consultation room where you will meet with one of our doctors. During this consultation, we will discuss your medical history, what brought you to see us, what your wellness goals are and what you want to improve.

Once the consultation is complete, we will perform an exam and take digital X-rays, if we decide you need them. The point of this thorough exam is to get a complete picture of your spinal alignment and locate the source of any misalignments that may be creating other health issues. After the exam has been completed, we will then schedule you a second appointment to come back and find out the results of the examination.

It is important to note that we do not typically adjust anyone on their first visit with us. We find it is very important to have the results from our exam to properly adjust you.

Second Visit

Your second visit is what we call the Report of Findings visit. The Report of Findings visit is a one on one conversation with one of our doctors and will take approximately 20 minutes. At this visit, we will review the results of our state-of-the-art Chiropractic BioPhysics® spine and posture analysis from day one. We will also review the pain that brought you to see us, as well as any rehabilitation we believe you need. Once we have discussed our results with you, we will then present you with a customized chiropractic treatment plan.
